Expertise:  Speed: Mei relies a lot on speed, both to make her evade quickly and make rapid attacks with her tail.

Levitating - Mei is levitating most of the time she's in her youmu form, but doing it for too long without standing on the ground will make her very tired. 

Tail Whip - Uses her tail as a whip to inflict some damage. Though she HAS to be standing on the ground.

Constrict - Uses her body long body to constrict her enemy (Kind of like an anaconda).

Though in this state she's slightly vulnerable if the enemy is quicker than her or can make changes to it's body to hurt her (Example: Like releasing spikes or some kind of poison).

Personality: 

Mei is a very curious girl, she loves finding out about stuff she doesn't know about and sometimes it can get very dangerous at times. She tries to see most things positively. 

She is the friendly type who gets a long with almost everyone. She loves being around people and it's rare to see her cry or being mad. 

Mei is a little pushy when it comes to people when she wants to be friends with someone, the more the person pushes her away the more persistent she becomes.  She just LOVES to cuddle _{(what is personal space?)}

If in a relationship, she'd probably be kind of possessive about the person, since that person would be "her own" _{(her precioussssssss ..... lmao)}
Also she can be quite oblivious at times, so if someone would be mad at her and didn't tell her or show it in an obvious way she probably wouldn't understand something was up.

Even if she may seem like a complete air head she is actually quite smart and her grades are over average. 

She becomes more cautious and pays more attention to everything around her, as she gets smaller and it's required put more mind to it. She also becomes more aggressive. 

The next day she went to the cafe and by the next week she was standing there after school in that cute uniform taking orders and serving the costumers. 

Occasionally she would fight youmu with bad intentions, even though Takahiro wasn't a big fan of it. Mei saw it as a good thing since she could get even more money to contribute with at home.
